Bob Baker used to post regularly on this forum. His screen name was RCB, but he has not posted lately. His is an interesting story. He is, without a doubt, one of the very first to receive a valve....and, as far as I know, is still going strong.

I also read some of the posts to that article and noticed many who have had these old mechanical valves for +/-4 decades.
