Nice, Ross.

Nice, Ross.

Thanks for posting this. I have walked right up to servicemen and women and verbally said thank you and they ALWAYS really appreciate it. This hand signal is a great way to thank them without being intrusive. I will send this video on to all my friends and family.

I sent this to most of my address book.

Our son's best friend is on his 2nd tour in Iraq. Our daughter's boyfriend is in the Army (currently in Special Forces training). Both have commented often on the outpouring of gratitude they receive when they are in airports. People want to give them money, they offer the use of their cell phones to call home and they offer to buy them their lunches at the McDonald's. When they are in groups of servicemen, people often give them standing ovations. I know they are very touched by the show of support.

We went on a cruise over Thanksgiving and my husband and our friend wore their dress uniforms for formal night. There were a lot of people who just stared but quite a few others simply said "thank you" as they walked by.
