I heard of a nursing home that was shut-down because the owner-operater kept 'skimping' everywhere he could 'til he was BARELY giving them THE BARE neccessities, --in the name of profits of course. He started with the 'whiners and cry babies' (-eventually because of them the place was INVESTIGATED and shut down).
