Anyone have a real life interaction between Tamiflu & Warfarin? I read something online about a Canadian study that found 19 instances of increased INR, but that doesn't seem like many. My daughter, who received the flu vaccine in late August, was just diagnosed with the flu. Her pediatrician recommended that I call my doctor to prescribe Tamiflu as a preventative measure since this strain of flu wasn't covered by the vaccine. So, before I start this, what should I expect of my INR?
