Hi Everyone
I just want to thank you all for all the support and advice. My wife does not operate the computer so I will have to wait until I am home to let you know how I made out.
The health system here in Canada is very overcrowded so I have to prep myself (shave and enema) at home tonite then be at hospital for 6:30 am.
Surgery is to last 7 hours.

Thanks Again
Dougie

I wish you the very best outcome of surgery. You will be in my prayers.

Dougie,
We wish you Godspeed and will look forward to your posts when you return. You will be fine- you have a lot of friends at VR.com praying for you!

Dougie,
I'm sending my best wishes along that you will have a good outcome and a smooth recovery. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers; please let us know when you return home.
Mary

Best of luck!! You will be in my thoughts, Dougie. Look forward to hearing from you when you can get back to your computer.

Best wishes for a very speedy recovery. Will keep you in my prayers.

Can't wait to see a post saying how well you're doing! :)

Wow. How far south are they going with this surgery? Enema isn't a requirement for most folks.

Doug, you'll be in my thoughts for your very long day tomorrow. That's a big surgery window, and I hope you won't need most of it.

Best wishes,

Godspeed Dougie!

Godspeed Dougie!

I will be praying for an early surgery time as well as a very successful surgery. Good luck coming over the mountain!
