A new study from the Cleveland Clinic ,They also examined the effects of adding erythritol to either whole blood or isolated platelets, which are cell fragments that clump together to stop bleeding and contribute to blood clots. Results revealed that erythritol made platelets easier to activate and form a clot.
I avoid sugar, I drink it without it in coffee and I rarely eat sweets, you?

Like you I avoid sweeteners, I don't add sugar to my tea or coffee, although I do add milk to my coffee when I have an espresso based coffee (NB I have a flat white the way its made and called that in Australia).

I go so far on this I make my own jams that have no sugar added (and thus need refrigeration) for my morning yoghurt.

I'm always suspicious of artificial sweeteners which "can't be metabolised by the body".

Sugar is the sweet poison.

There is some disagreement among coffee cognoscenti about flat white. But both the Kiwis and us agree on what the right formulation is (y)
Even if they don't agree they copied our idea ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
 
I have a mazzer cooffe grinder and a europicola pavoni level machine , I like cappuccino 1/3 esspreso 1/3 milk foam & 1/3 steamed milk. Also I make restreto 30 ml espresso always without sugar , I drink up to 2 a day
In the evening I drink some tea or sage also without sugar. I rarely eat sweet creams, but I believe that among the foods they put a lot of sugar and salt, even in bread also ready-made tomato sauces etc. have a lot of sugar.
What foods do you avoid?

A standard single espresso shot is one ounce (roughly 30ml). A single ristretto shot is 1/2 that, so 1/2 ounce (or 15 ml) - but YMMV. Either one is great and requires zero sugar.
 
An espresso with a sugar cube and twist of lemon was what I was taught is the "true Italian way" for espresso.
A ristretto shot size should be ½ fluid ounces (15 mL), while a double ristretto should be 1 fl oz (30 mL). It's important to note that a double ristretto needs to be made using two separate espresso pucks - you pull one 15 mL shot using 7 grams, dispose of it, then pour a second 15 mL shot using 7 grams. This is different from a normal double espresso which would be about two ounces.

How many ounces in a double espresso shot? 2 ounces (60 ml)
How many ounces in a ristretto shot? ½ ounce (15 ml)
