I know you must get tired of Katie pics..........starting to feel guilty as I feel half of vr's space is consumed by Katie pics.............but she's just doing so damn well right now, I have to share.........knocking on wood and saying a little prayer as I type.

And just to merge a few responses to save time and space......

Independent? Yes! She has started telling us what her agenda is for the day....heehee!

Sheza...........watch out! She may be headed your way soon once she gets bored with the sidewalks.............hope 35 isn't under construction.........haha! 35 is ALWAYS under construction somewhere!

And yes, she got the four-wheel drive. For the first time in my driving life (well, last twenty of them anyway), I have the two wheel drive.

Miss Clairol???? yes! I know her well. I just wish I would remember what number she was last time she visited..............heehee!

And a run for my money? Yes, Glenda, as Mary said, she has already run me completely out of money. After five surgeries in five years (four really at the time), she is MY million dollar baby............. and worth every penny. (She goes on auction this Saturday...........heehee! So remember that when you bid!) So, Gina dear, she can be a BIG part of your life!

Oh she is a beautiful girl and quite a heart stopper - and she's going to love it when she can drive mom and dad's car !!! My only recommendation - find a good hairdresser and get the right 'coloring' because with that twinkle in her eye she's going to love driving the real thing !!

When my daughter started driving the family car and someone had to ride with her in the beginning. Best advice I can give you is 'close' your eyes put your head straight forward and just smile when their behind the wheel. They have 'no' fear whatsoever and they 'know' more about driving a car than you do !! My daughter first learned to drive with her 4 wheeler at about 9 years old - but she was not allowed out of the yard back then. But when they get their license you can't keep them in the yard !!!
