Just looking.
I have a wife who is in need of a AVR. Soon.

Good morning, Unregistered. Maybe you can come on as a member, ask questions and get educated on this subject. It's very important, you know.

Maybe she will be along, too?

Hi Spouse

I'm a spouse, too. My husband, Tyce, had AVR in June 2002.....I write this as I sit watching him outside mowing the paddocks.....I was one of the very worried....actually freaked out, ones who never thought he would survive. We both did, but not without MUCH help and support from this site.

Please know we're here to help with any questions you may have. We've been there.

Evelyn

Hello there !

Hello there !

Hi & welcome from yet another avr spouse.
My husband had avr surgery 13 weeks ago and this web site is what kept us going. We are so grateful to have found it & you will be too!
Cheers
Wendy

I am also a spouse. My husband had his AVR on 9/11/01. I didn't find this wonderful site until after his surgery. But, I still check in everyday and I have learned alot about his coumadin. I know more than his PCP and have taught him a few things I learned from here.
