I was last on here back in october,....oh my goodness doesnt time fly, that was just before i got sick, still battling with a major back probelm that causes my hip and legs to be in horrible pain

.Just wanted you to know i am still around.

Hi Bob, I'm sorry you are having back pain. I am on SS disability for my back so I know how awful the pain can be and how it's hard to sit at the computer. I don't know much about your back history but was wonderring if you ever went to a pain management specialist? I finanly found a really good one a few years ago (and a really bad one before that lol) and he really made a difference, in helping keep the pain pretty much under control. I'll keep you in my prayers, Lyn

I sympathise with you...

I too have so-far unending dramas with my Spine.
I remember reading how these things can plague some of us and kinda wish it was my only problem...You ever want to whinge or gossip about possible treatments that may or may not work I will be more than happy to join in

...I actually had an L3/4 facet Rhizotomy a coupla weeks before Christmas and am trying to wean off the pain-pills...

I do love your 2 puppies...they look well-spoilt to me...

The big sleepy one on the lounge is just like my sisters' doggy 'cept a bit more well-fed than hers...

...I have always had a soft spot for the Spaniels and Cavvies ...our very first dog when I was a kids was a gorgeous Golden cocker spaniel who got stolen out of our car while on holidays, we never saw her again

...we had grown up with Mandy , she used to dog-sit us in the pram as babies.
