Diet - eat what you want and have the dose adjusted to fit that. More green, leafy vegetables = more warfarin. The most important part of diet is when you cannot eat - then the INR goes up.
More exercise = more warfarin. The heart beats more rapidly, pushing the blood through the liver more times, so warfarin is metabolized faster.
