Hi everyone ... today I went to see another doctor here in lebanon and its said that this one is good so anyway I showed him my tests results and he said I was very fine and everything I feel is just psychological ... he said a mean mitral gradient of 7 at rest and 19 at exercise was normal folowing valve annuplasty and he even said that a stress echo after valve repair he hasnt heard of this ...
As for me now im really confused I mean I know what I feel and its surely not anxiety 2 and a half years plus im getting more and more tired even more than when I did the surgery so guys what do u think what doctor is right who should I trust and continue with the one that said I need another surgery or this one?

I think it would be better to stick to one topic instead of opening one for every question you have. In one topic, all your information are together and it will be easier for people to help you.

Good suggestion, JulienDu.
I would get 'other' health issues ruled out that may contributing to your fatigue. i.e thyroid disease, iron deficiency etc.
Sorry...I don't know your history and don't recall your other posts on this topic. .

That's what I said before, I think your mitral gradient seems normal. I think you may be getting different answers because you are telling different docs different things. The quality of info you provide is critical. In your posts I can't completely figure out what concerns you most. Maybe you could practice very specifically explaining your symptoms here. You are coming across as anxious / vague.

I think ottagal's suggestion is good. Go back to square one with your regular primary care doctor and describe your actual symptoms very specifically so they can investigate non-valve reasons for your symptoms. And if they do keep saying anxiety, that's QUITE treatable! The symptoms of anxiety can be very powerful so do not rule it out. That does NOT mean "do nothing it's all in your head." You could try a simple medication prescribed by your regular doctor and/or therapy and feel so much better, and there is little risk to trying this. Heart patients are at higher risk for anxiety and depression but we can be effectively treated. You should treat anxiety like any other health problem and treat it if that's what docs are telling you.
