So lucky with my INR

Just posted a perfect 3.0 this morning..I am usually 2.9..for 2 years now. I have never been out of range. I was really worried so got up early to take it. Have had lots of stress with grandson being sick..not taking my coumadin at exactly 5 P.M. Off by several hours many nights...Eating on the run, ect. Not eating due to being nervous..... I take 5 mg. a day.. I am age 63 and don't have the woman thing anymore for many years now. So, maybe that is keeping me in range...Bonnie

I've been staying in range too..........but of course I enjoy a much wider range.
