What's the weather like where you are? Will you be having a white Christmas?
It's 46 here in Louisiana but it's a bit dreary. No snow for us.
Merry Christmas

Well, no forecast of additional snow for Christmas, but snow IS on the ground.

Course, the forecasted temp for tomorrow is near 40 degrees ... so much of it may melt :(.

Ah, well. I can remember quite a few Christmas Eves in the past few years where we've had snow on Christmas Eve ... not a lot, but just enough to be festive ... and make looking at the area decorations that much more gorgeous!

Snow Again

Snow Again

Yes indeed, it's snowing like heck here again. It snowed like heck here yesterday and on last Friday too. So far we've got about three feet on the level in the yard. My wife and I dreamed of a warm sandy beach for Christmas, but it would have been hard to enjoy that with this cast on my broken foot.

I guess I'll just have to make merry from my recliner. Hope everyone enjoys the festivities and family regardless of location and weather. Our sleigh ride with the grandkids is scheduled for the 28th. I suspect we'll have plenty of snow.

We have enough to cover the ground, but it's done snowing for us. Now it warms up and melts what we have.

It is about 60 degrees here in Jacksonville :( . I wish it was colder :). We will be going tent camping in South Carolina in a few days. The low will be in the mid thirties :) .

Haha.

Haha.

Snow?! What's that?! Being a Texas native may have its perks sometimes, but snow is certainly not one of them... Especially if you live in Houston like I do. :) The temperature is (and has been) mid-70s (possibly in the 80s). We're lucky to get a cool breeze here, much less snow! I do wish that it were cooler though. It just doesn't feel like Christmas! Anyway, I don't know what I'm whining about (btw, my lil' bro got me non-alcoholic "whine" for Christmas -- I told him that he's not funny), I'm healthy(ish) and warm. I hope everyone has a great day (snow or no snow!).

The sun is shining, and the temperature is about 40 degrees! No snow!

It was Definitely a White Christmas here this year!

It was Definitely a White Christmas here this year!

And contrary to popular belief, it isn't always here in Minnesnowta. In fact, we had more snow here this Christmas than we've had in years. A lot of times we don't really get snow that stays on the ground until very near Christmas, and then it's usually just an inch or so.

This year we've had a lot of steady snow and cold enough temps to keep it all around. I'm sure there is over a foot of the white stuff in the front yard now, and their talking about more this Saturday.

I have heard something about a "January thaw" though...Hope hope.

Just because I was born here doesn't mean I have to LIKE snow!:D

LOL!

Sure about that, Jean? ;)

It snowed here today, but given the temps above freezing, what looked like a "messy disaster" was more along the lines of a "driving nuisance" that, if you were able to just look up instead of at the road, you saw some GORGEOUS tree scenery ;).
