'nother one for ya, this stuff is YUMMY!!!!
2 cloves garlic
3 sprigs rosemary pulled from stem
2 tbsp thyme
mince well in mini chopper (small food processor)
add 1-2 tbsp dijon mustard
1-2 tsp liquid smoke to taste
1-ish tbsp worsctershire sauce
1 C balsamic vinegar
1/2 C dark maple syrup (grade A dark amber or grade B)
1/4 cup olive oil
take it for a spin in the processor
good on salmon, chicken, pork, etc, marinate with a little, then baste for glaze effect
the whole thing only has about 305 mg sodium and I split into 2 batches.....
