Maybe some will quit but not many. This is a drug that is VERY hard to kick. Most will smoke to the very end. I smoked for years and finally quit with the help of the gum. It was/is harder than my OHS recovery (non smokes can't understand). If you can kick the smokes you can do just about anything.
