Umm, how do we know if members are on, and is there a chat forum???

One of the ways to tell if a member is on is to look at the dot by their screen name. If it's green they are on, if it's blue they aren't - or they have themselved "cloaked" (you can set you own name to show you are off line when you are actually on.).

Or you can go to UserCP click the arrow down on Forum Jump and select Who's Online. This will show you a list of who is on (except for those who are "cloaked")

Our regular weekly chat is at 5 pm (Eastern time). Go to this link to get in: http://www.valvereplacement.com/chat

The largest Chat is on Sunday's at 5 P.M. Eastern time..that time allows memebers from over the pond to join in..They are 6 hours ahead....We also had a large # this past Wed..(thought middle of week would be good) Try one of those days..and you are Welcome to come in and chat away.:D Bonnie

But how, where is the chat??? I am sorry, I am lost, and not doing so well. I really need to talke to real people.

Scroll back up..Karlynn posting it in her last paragraph....www.valvereplacement.com/chat..A box will pop up..You must choose a user name and password..then you are good to chat..Like I said, you will find most people on Sundays and Wednesdays..Bonnie

Chat is no different then talking in the forum. Same people same answers and more people benefit from the answers in here.

Ok, I am sorry. I didn't mean to upset anyone. I just really need to talk to someone, and I am on chat, and I don't what to do. I really don't. I am sorry, really I am. Sorry.

Clouddancer, You seem to be in an extremely stressed/frustrated state and could probably do with local/face-to-face support in addition to the truly sincere but distant support on this forum. If your doctor is not available, or you have no relatives or friends you are able to talk to, is there any other support organisation you could call on? Here in the UK we have an organisation called the Samaritans which is on call in every town 24/7 for those in any kind of distress or in need of emotional support - is there anything similar in the States?
