I'm going to print this article just in case the cardiologist that I select when we move to Charlotte next month gives me any trouble about home testing. My doctor here in Florida was all for it. In fact, his nurse even asked me during a phone call about home testing because she had a patient interested in it. I go to a huge practice here and there are only a handful of patients home testing. It just doesn't make sense. Maybe the first question I will ask in speaking with new docs in Charlotte will be "do you support a patient taking control of their INR testing?" That should help me weed out the wrong docs! LINDA
