I sent my medical records to the Boston Adult Congenital Heart clinic a couple of weeks ago. I heard back from them this evening. They confirmed what I thought. I will need my next PVR sooner than later. I will go up there this spring for a full work-up. Their plan is to do a cardiac MRA, exercise testing and lung perfusion studies due to my low lung volumes and size of my pulmonary arteries. Here I am for the third time. Two different doctors with opposite opinions.
