4 Cans Whole or Diced Tomatoes (Low Sodium)
2 Cans Rotel (Low Sodium)
1 cup Jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
1 medium white onion
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 TBsp Lime Juice or juice from 2 limes
1/2 TBsp Lemon Juice
1 TBsp Cumin Powder
1 TBsp Cumin Seed
2 TBsp Chili Powder
1 TBsp Garlic Powder or 2 if you like Garlic or use 2 fresh garlic cloves
Mix all ingrediants together in a blender if you like smooth salsa...if not then leave chunky. Let sit in refrigerator overnight. Serve with Low Sodium Tortilla chips or use as topper for crab cakes or salmon cakes or any fish or spicy dish.
