I'm coming off a wicked migraine on Wednesday. I don't take any migraine medication, but I was wishing for some yesterday. Tylenol doesn't even dent pain like that. I've read that some migraine medications come with a warning for those with heart disease. But, heart disease is a broad term. Does anyone take a migraine medication? I also take an aspirin and metoprolol daily.

I take daily medication to try and prevent migraines (Neurontin and Inderal) but when I do get one, I take a class of drugs knowns as triptans which is probably what you are referring to when you say they have warnings about taking them with heart problems. I have tried several of these drugs and first started taking them when they first became available 15 plus years ago. I have the blessing of all of my cardiologist to take them and in fact took several of them while I was in the hospital after my heart surgery 2 years ago. My understanding is that that warning about heart stuff pertains more to people who have had heart attacks or are at risk for a heart attack.

You should check with your Dr.'s. If they give you the all clear to try them, they can make a huge difference in your migraines.
