Sad news

I just got a call from my husband's sister.....our niece, who is 32 is in the hospital in Washington and they do not expect her to make it. She has CHF and has had OHS 6 times in her short life...the first when she was only about a week old. Her kidney, heart and other bodily functions are shutting down and her legs are swelling so bad that the skin is breaking open. They are trying some things but if she has not improved even a little today they are going to stop all treatments and call in Hospice. She has been on oxygen for the last year and has had to have her mom and dad take care of her 24/7 for the last year. Please pray for her and her family. She has a DNR so nothing will be done beyond keeping her comfortable. She has never been married or engaged because of her health but has always been really close to her family. My daughter and her have been best friends for their entire lives. They are about 3 months apart in age. This is a really tough time for all of us and we would appreciate all your prayers and good wishes. Thanks all......

You family are in my thoughts and prayers. I was lucky my mom had CHF for more than 30 years and she lived until age 78. It truly is a sad time for everyone. I hope you find comfort and healing in the Lord.
