Just curious how long they are lasting in the real world. I had a Ross Procedure in 2004 and Bentall Procedure in 2011 but still have the pulmonary homograft in place from the RP performed in 2004 making it 16 years old. My last echo showed mild regurgitation (up from trace to mild 2 years ago) and the doc said see you in 2 years like he has in the past. My CE bovine aortic valve is still going strong with only trace regurg at 9 years.
