Hi,
I've been dealing with the anxiety attacks and lack of sleep a lot of other VRs have experienced since their heart surgeries.

A friend told me he uses Relacore, which is advertised as a dietary aid, for anxiety and relaxation. This stuff supposedly utilises vitamins and some bark extract or something like that. Tell you the truth I'd rather try something like this than some of the mental medications people are getting addicted to these days.

I poked around for drug interactions on the internet and haven't come across anything. Anyone taking this or heard if it messed with Warfarin?

Thanks!

I've looked for over an hour and still haven't found anything, which makes me highly suspicious. About all you can do is try it and check your INR in 3 days to see if anything is happening. From what darn little there is on the stuff, I doubt that it has any effect on INR, but can't guarantee it.

I have been helped by "Doxylamine Succinate" sold in Aus. as "Restavit" (without a script). I dont know about its availability in the USA, ask your Doc. or Chemist for advice. It has no effect on your INR. I know its not natural/herbal but it doesnt mess with your mind either.
