Raffle Ticket

News on the weird side. My wife's niece and her husband live in Costa Rica. They recently bought a raffle ticket from a church, not knowing what the prize would be. I guess they thought they were only giving a contribution. However, they won the raffle. Guess what they won!!

A cow.

Yes, a cow. No one there has enough freezer capacity to store that much meat. They certainly have nowhere to put a cow. So, they're going to sell it.

My wife and I really got a good laugh out of this. Just thought I'd share.

I thought the same things, plus I first thought it might have been a monkey, since we had the monkey bite incident in our family while in Central America.
