A little more detail would be helpful.

Do you mean dizzy?
Is the world spinning?
Or are you spinning?

Those can result from inner ear issues.
A good Ear, Nose, Throat Doc can diagnose them.
Be prepared to get VERY sick (vomit repeatedly) from the
'blowing air in your ear' test if you are susceptible.

HI, I know of two people in that state without the use of alcohol.

ist- is an elderly woman who has an inner ear problem and has had tia (mini strokes) and somtimes slurs her words and cannot move on her legs without someone or somthing to hold on to.

2nd- once I was following a pickup truck driving slowly but all over the road. There were two young teenage girls in the cab with him. One girl had her head out the window and was yelling "stop him, stop him". When there was an opportunity to pass I did, as well as a couple of others. We all stopped and so actually forced the truck to stop. I went to the cab and saw a man with his head lolling about, slurred speech, glazed eyes and I would swear he acted like someone that had consumed a fifth of southern comfort. The girls excitedly yelled "has anybody got any candy?" My thought?" at a time like this your thinking about candy???" A woman living near one of the houses ran in and came back with a sugar bowl and teaspoon and shoveled some sugar into his mouth and--voila--instant sobriety. Had I been a cop he would have gone to the SLAMMER!

SO, I would say, yeah, check for sugar and insulin levels and inner ear problems before anything more difficult to diagnose.

so Stay sobeer--Look at that, my evil side poking up--I mean sober:rolleyes:
