Question for Al ... INR for a mechanical pulmonary valve

What do the experts suggest for a mechanical pulmonary ... Should the INR be higher for a mechanical pulmonary valve, ( because of the lower pressure, slower flow situation on the right side )? A clot in the right side ( blood flows to the lungs) might not be as dangerous as a clot on the left (blood flows to the brain/heart...)

I don't think that there has been enough research to make any recommendations about the pulmonary valve other than the INR probably needs to be about 2.5 to 3.5.
