:)I have a question for anybody that has a stent. What kind of symptoms did you have prior to having the stent implanted other than chest pain? What caused you to have it checked out? Did any of you have unusual tiredness that normal rest and sleep did not alleviate? Is this a symptom I should be concerned about? Your experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much, Phyllis Jean

I think it depends on where you need your stents, Justin's were in his pulmonary artery and he was tired alot sonce his heart had to work harder to get the blood to his lungs. I'm, not sure what the symptons would be if you need stents in the coronary arteries, lyn

In my opinion.........

You should get yourself to your doctor; to a cardiologist. Yes. Tiredness that is not eased by rest/sleep is a symtom that should concern you.

When I had my heart attack, the exhaustion that consumed me was indescribable. I could not have walked across a room......not because of pain or shortness of breath or anything except the exhaustion.

I did not notice any symptom of that sort in the week(s) before. You may be very fortunate that you are noticing it.

It MAY BE NOTHING.....but it is too big a risk to ignore.

Good Luck. Please keep us up to date on what you do; what doctors tell you.

Exceptional fatigue is particularly a symptom women experience. Get thee to a cardio!
