I am trying to lose weight and the diet I am on recommends I take a Vitamin B complex pill, a multi vitamin, 250 mg of magnesium and 50 mg of Zinc a day. I recently had my protimes checked and it registered 2.3. Does anyone know any bad effects these vitamins and minerals might have on my protimes or health?
thanks

Check the list on the multi vitamin bottle. Some have a low amount of vitamin K and others have quite a bit.
The magnesium will be fine.

I take prescription Folbee which is lots of vitamin B and I've been good so far. I started it way before surgery and it helps with energy so I stayed on it.

Hello, darlin

Hello, darlin

Looks to me that you have some very good supplements to take to make your life successful. I don't know if these combinations will help you with your weight concerns, but I suspet they will. Still, I see nothing here untoward, but I do see some very good vitamins and minerals that should help you out in the situations you have described.

It might also be helpful for you to drink 8 glasses of water per day.

Please, before you do any of these things, you need to contact your doctor. For the best success, when you make changes like this, you need to consult your doctor.

Best wishes are being sent to you,
Blanche
