I am very disappointed in QAS Customer Service as of late. I've tried to reorder supplies and still haven't received them. I placed an order for 5-channel cuvettes on October 25. I specifically told Customer Service that insurance approval was required. As of today, November 16, I do not yet have my supplies. I've been placing weekly calls and finally after an angry call today, they consented to overnight my supplies.
What disturbs me is my discussion with their Supply Reauthorization Manager who said "she is new on the job and has been stuggling with the computer system". The order prior to this one never got insurance authorization and QAS wound up eating the cost of supplies. Well, folks, I'm scared. If that is the way QAS is running now, then my health and welfare is on the line. Ah for the days when Susan and Brian Bellisimo were in the front lines. Things ran well then and there were no snafus such as these.
