Pulse throbbing in head and ears...what is the cause?😍

Hello Valvers, just wondering if anyone has had experience with feeling pulse pounding in head, ears? I've been feeling this intermittently today. I am feeling my heart beat in my ears and head I have been fighting headaches the last 24 hours.Also have sinus congestion... could pulsing sensation be related to headaches, sinus pressure. My pulses at wrist aren't pounding...

Probably not similar, but I had a pounding in the neck & erratic at the wrist. Turned out to be Atrial Fibrilation.

I've occasionally had Pulsatile Tinnitus in my left ear - really loud sound of heart beat just in left ear - I had sinus congestion at that time. Sinus congestion can cause all sorts of weird symptoms, but obviously if things don't clear up see a doctor.

Thank you for sharing! ... symptoms are gone this morning. I am noticing additional sinus symptoms this mornings. So pretty sure it's sinus related.

Maybe you are drinking too much coffee and/or taking pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, both of which can raise your heart beat and blood pressure.
