Hi all!
Long story short: I am now 6 months post-op after fixing my mitral valve and last week I started to pass out... and again today - and Ross wasn't even there to catch me
Went to Cardio on 15 Sept. he did echo and said my valves are fine, but that I have Pulmonary hypertension... he listed with his stetoscope. I couldn't do the treatmill ECG as my resting HR was 140 and atrial fib. So, he added LASIX and Cardicor to my daily menu...
I have studied a few sites on PH (and thank you to all my valve-friends for the encouragement, support and info) and have now decided that I might need a 2nd Cardio visit and will insist on SPESIFIC tests to determine severity/pressures.
