Problems getting strips

It's been a long time since I've been here, so this may have been covered already - is anyone else having problems getting test strips from Roche? Mine were recalled last fall and I haven't gotten any new ones. I call my supplier (QAS) but they never know anything about it. I would really like to be home testing again.

Check with Lance Visnich at QAS, I think they are or about to be available.

Hi Marcia

We were told by Roche that it would be "AFTER THE FIRST QUARTER OF THE YEAR." (and that IS a direct quote.) If you called them to let them know how many you had, they said they would automatically ship new ones to you. As of now, they owe me 29 strips.....hmmmm FROM MY LIPS......
Who knows whether we'll ever see them!!! I certainly hope they plan to reimburse us for AT LEAST the strips if they don't replace them soon.
