Prayers Urgently Needed......

Hi Folks......

I haven't been on much lately again, because I am still having stomach issues, but I wanted to come on and ask you all to keep a friend of my family in your prayers and thoughts..

Our friend Dennis and Joy Russell, who are very special people, and looked out for my grandmother when she had her stroke, are now in really bad need of some serious praying as Dennis had a massive stroke on September 2nd, and is bleeding on his brain stem. I just received an updated report that he has had another stroke today and they are now discovering that he has some serious heart problems as well...As of this moment, he does not recocognize anyone...not his children, not his wife Joy, no one....This is really effecting me badly as they are about the same age as my own parents and it gets one's mind to thinking......

My family is praying hard for them, and I am praying that you all will keep Dennis and Joy in your thoughts and prayers as we go through another heartbreaking moment in life.

I just want to thank yall again for offering up your prayers for Dennis and Joy....I spoke with a neighbor tonight who is a geriatric (sp)? nurse and she explained to me that with this kind of a stroke, it is guaranteed that there is brain damage. I will post more as I know more, but I have to say that at this moment, there is not much hope that Dennis will even survive this...My prayers are going up hard and fast...Harrybaby
