Jeff and Carla

Hello everyone!

I am thrilled to let you know that Jeff came through his surgery without a hitch! Surgery time was 2 hours 20 minutes. Most of the tubes are out and we are just waiting to get a good INR to be able to go home possibly tomorrow.

We are both exhausted so won't write much now. Just wanted to give you all a BIG thank you for your support and prayers and let you know that all is well. It really bolstered us both to read your encouraging posts before surgery. It's nice to feel a part of the family here!

Love to all and warmest regards,

Jeff and Carla Flood

great news ! glad to hear things have gone so smoothly for you thus far. The best thing you can do now is get yourselves home, rest, relax, and get to focusing on all the good things the future holds for you both :)

It's always nice to read good things before I head off to bed......I hope that Jeff is able to sleep and the INR will get in range soon enough. The worst is over, relax and enjoy every minute of your new life.

Thanks so much for taking the time to post and we will look forward to news that he is home and well on his way to recovery!

Good news and hoping for a boring recovery.

Be sure and REST you both deserve it.

Thank-you for updating us.:)

Fantastic news Carla and Thank-you for letting us know. You have to make sure that you get your rest too. You'll be no good to Jeff if you get sick......so stay healthy okay.

And for Jeff, remember to take it one day at a time and rest often.
Wishing you a bump free recovery.
