Pomegranate

Hi Everyone,
I just have a simple and quick question. Is it ok for me to have anything with Pomegranate or Green Iced Tea with Pomegranate? The label of the tea doesn't mention vitamin K so i figured it would be ok. Then i started wondering and that's why i am here bugging you guys, lol. Thanks in advance for your help. Good Question Jed - I've been thinking the same thing. I love Pomegranate. I haven't looked to hard, but I thinks its Okay. The green Tea could be questionable.

I think we both better hang tight until there are more replies.

I think it is like anything else??eat and drink what you want and dose the diet.

The green tea may be a problem if your going to drink lots and lots of it.

I too have read of others who have experienced a INR change with the tea...I reckon its a case of try it and see if it makes a noticeable difference to your INR...if its something you love and drink regularly then change your dose to suit.
