Pig or Bovine in Mitral valve?

How many of you have pig or bovine in mitral position?HFK

I, too, would like to hear from some other mitral valvers who had a tissue valve placed instead of a mechanical - what type of tissue valve did you use and how long did it last?

I am praying for a repair by Dr. Cosgrove, but if I need my valve replaced, I am choosing to have a tissue valve put in, even though I am 43 (almost 44) years of age.
