I ready a snipit in the 11-19 issue of Entertainment Weekly about Patty Duke having a single-bypass surgery. Did not mention what was done. Just said that she was on the road of full recovery. Any one else heard anything on here? Let us know.

She had a stent last Spring then single by-pass November 3rd. Was released from the hospital by the 9th and from what I've seen and heard, is recovering well. Certainly wish her the best...

When I saw this first post, I immediately thought of 'the twins' and lo and behold, look what Les came up with. Don't know how you can remember the words. A really fun show.

My grandson was installing carpet in Atlanta; Patty Duke was staying there during the making of a movie. He was surprised to see how tiny she is. Most gracious; as they passed each other on the sidewalk, she greeted him with a fine 'good morning'.

Patty Duke was also staying at Ft. Benning, back in 1985 when I was stationed there for Basic Training. She was there to film the movie "A Time To Triumph" Very Nice Lady, she waved and said hi to all the guys in my barracks. Harrybaby
