Ok, here is a question. I got my handy-dandy mechanical valve (and the coumadin along with it) in August, and since then I haven't had any "green" things. But now that time has past, I'd like to start enjoying those things again. I know that everyone says you can eat as much of that stuff as you want, but to just keep it the same every week. Well, how do I introduce those things into my diet without getting my INR all crazy
Should I start eating a little at a time and gradually get to the amount I want or do I just start eating away? I hope this makes sense to everyone
