I have had a good week. I have had more energy than usual. I think that it helped that last week at work was not as busy as usual. I have also been off this week. I repeated the 12 minute walk test and have increased to walking/running 0.9 miles in 12 minutes. That is better than I have done in a long time. I added interval training to my workout about 3 months ago.
