OTC Pain Relief???

What is the safest OTC pain reliever to use with Warfarin??

The one that I use the most is extra strength Tylenol. It usually helps me, but I don't have too many headaches. I have a few aches and pains in joints (old age). I'll be 54 in August and the aches just don't get better. LINDA

as with the rest - I was told Tylenol is the safest to use with Coumadin.. I prefer the use of a chiropractor, but on those days between monthly visits.. Tylenol is my med of choice - i'm a desk jocky who doesn't have a erogonomically correct cube.. Arthritis strenth Tylenol is my best friend at times.
I was told by either a dr or pharmacist to use the arthrits formula as it has the highest amount of mg w/out a script (650mg per pill) yet won't interact with my INR.

I don't know what Tylenol is, perhaps it is like our paracetamol (UK), which is what I was told to use.

Sue, yes, the same - we call it acetaminophen.
