Hi Guys. I don't stop by too often these days but wanted to take a moment to send my regards to all of you. It was one year ago today that I had my valve replacement done and I'm happy to report that I'm reaping the benefits by leading a very active and full life. More importantly, I wanted to thank the many of you who lended their support during that time. Although I don't post these days, I do on occasion read through some of the entries and it's gratifying to see the names that I remember from when I was a regular visitor. It's also good to see that others facing some kind of heart concern continue to have this resource and are encouraged, informed and supported by all of you who participate. I decided that the anniversary of my surgery was an appropriate time to make my yearly contribution to VR.com and express my appreciation to Hank for it's conception, Ross for the central role he plays and each of you for being "a voice." Wherever you are in your heart journey, I wish you well.
Sue :)

Sue,

You were a great help to me and my wife during our walk. We want to thank you for all the information and encouragement you were able to pass our way.

Don't be a stranger. Maybe we'll do lunch one week-end.

Still miss you. You need to come around more often. Soon, you'll just fade away and we won't hear from you again. :(

Hi Sue,

Congrats on your one year anniversary! I'm glad you've been able to get back to a busy and active life. This is kind of a neat time of year...as several of us that went in for surgery around the same time will be celebrating our 1st anniversary soon. Take care and don't be too much of a stranger!
