Hi Gang,
Well, harrybaby's at it again....I have been having chest pains galore and feeling pressure whenever I have exherted myself, and/or have gotten stressed emotionally. I was going to go to the ER, but instead decided to call my Cardiologist who ACTUALLY TOOK ME SERIOUSLY THIS TIME INSTEAD OF CHALKING IT UP TO SOMETHING MINOR...YEA!!! :D Well, anyway, I am going in for an echo next Monday, and Dr. Berndt didn't call me back, so I surmise that it's nothing major..just outright annoying...EVERY time now, when I exhert myself this happens and I figure something must be changing considering the fact that the symptoms either stay with me or go away and come right back...This ought to be interesting...stay tuned for the continuing drama of the "Constantly Patrionized, Minimized and Criticized Medicaid Patient"...LOL :D :D :D (Now for the fatigue part...yuk) Sorry for venting...I just wish that this would go away...Harrybaby666

Hi Harry,

I hope you get some answers next week when you have your Echo - are you going to see your Cardiologist that day also? I also am in the middle of Doctor's appts. and trying to get things scheduled and so forth and so on..

Good Luck!! PS: you should log onto yahoo mess. once miss chattin with yah,

Erica

Hi Harry, have they done a STRESS ECHO since you've started having these problems on exertion?

A : )

Hi Anna....

Hi Anna....

They did a stress echo on me when I was in the hospital in August, therefore, my Cardio's nurse said that they won't do another one....Harrybaby666 :(

Hi Erica,

Hi Erica,

I certainly hope so too, as I had chest pains all through the night while sleeping as well, so this tells me something really isn't right...but alas, my cardio hasn't returned my call yet....as for YMessenger, I am on more than people think, I have such a huge buddy list that If I am "avaliable" to everyone, I get bombarded with 14-15 IM's at once, so what I do is stay invisible and it cuts down on getting bombarded. Send a IM anyway...If I am on, I will answer, if I am not, I will still get the message and reply back to you...this is a great feature of Yahoo Messenger...I hope all is going better for you and that you will get to the bottom of your problems as well. Take Care, Harrybaby :D :D :D

Oy ... I hope you get some answers soon. I know what its like to just be out there with no clear picture of what's going on. It stinks.

How did that go? Were you having these problems so much back then? It just seems a bit silly to me to do a standard echo when you're problems are exacerbated by exercise. I hope they're able to find something from it, but in the meantime you'll just have to TAKE IT EASY!!! ;)

Meanwhile, I've got a stress echo on Tuesday, but my legs always let me down before anything else (..too many years in heels! ..). If they kept it on a level keel and only increased the speed I think they'd get a much better idea of what my heart does under stress. I also seem to feel much worse once I've finished and they've unhooked everything. I get very faint, SOB, and feel like I'm going to throw up. I think I'll tell them to leave me wired up until I'm feeling OK again - see if they get anything interesting from that.

Anyhoo, good-luck on Monday. Fingers crossed for us both!!

Cheers
Anna : )

Yahoo messenger!

Yahoo messenger!

Hi Harry and all, that seems to be the answer for me as well. I don't have a big list of names, but I do get LOTS of guys trying to chat me up since I have a profile available and also a photo album. I love talking to people from different places and I even chat with a few of the ones who get in touch, however, I make it clear right from the start that I'm not after romance on the net. I am talkative by nature!! LOL!! Well, I guess you've already worked it out for yourself!!LOL!! By the way, anybody else on line who goes invisible all the time?!! LOL!!!
I'll be looking forward to hearing what your cardio will have to say on Monday, but it's still quite a while to go until then, so if your pains persist, do go to the ER!! Hope to talk to you later and make sure you get a rest and try not to get worked up over things however hard it may be to avoid it. There's a good thing on HealthBoards on Anger Mamagement which might be helpful to you . Lots of good advice!!
