Well, here is the great news of so far. I have had real good readings in the past few weeks. I have been in range and I believe it has to do with the physical activites. Since I joined a gym and have been there practically five days each week. Consistancy and determination to keep active has been a great help to me. I always kick myself when I get to feeling about not going. I am doing good, no loss to brag about yet, but still sorking on the diet, food part. Just had to share. Have a great day.
