hi does anybody eat nori seaweed sushi as a substitute for conventional green such as broccoli or salads, i was just thinking of the vitamin k content of sushi rolls????
Dang I cant even THINK about eating seaweed sorry but if that is good source of vitamin K then maybe we should all be chewing dandilions after all or province has banned herbacides :thumbd: so how else can we have good lawns .....time for a trip to Quebec for some weed and feed .......please take this post in the light hearted way it is intended ......I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH ME:confused2:
The vitamin K content of Nori varies according to what web site you check, but even at 8 mcg for 1 sheet, that is a drop in the bucket.
Enjoy your sushi
I am huge sushi/sashimi fiend. Also, I love nori as a snack. Each full size sheet has less than 10mcg of K which is considered a very low K food. Eat them fishes
