I hope everyone checks out the new food pyramid. It is different with a plus. It is suggesting exercise to go along with the food pyramid. Now it suggests 60 to 90 minutes a day exercise. Now, like a lot of people, I am busy and lucky to get up to 60 minutes a day, five to six days a week. You may check the pyramid at webmd or at usda.com. Just had to share this with you.
