I am NOT looking for a Phen Phen attorney Medical Malprictice attorney only. If you can help I would appreciate I am young with a young family and these people runined my life. Please email me personally if you have a name in the Metroplex only at [email protected]

One idea for you to try to locate a good one is to ask a good reference librarian, perhaps at a law library, where you can find case summaries of malpractice cases during a recent year. There are probably several publications online and hardprint that publish case summaries for personal injury/malpractice cases. A law firm that specializes in medical malpractice will probably have several big verdicts/settlements per year, some may be reported by the local newspapers, and the ones that won big verdicts after jury trials are the ones that the insurance company defense attorneys respect the most. The malpracitce specialists will have access to good expert witnesses which you'll need to prove the standard of care was not met, failure of informed consent, etc.

And check around before you sign up that the contingency fee arrangement is equitable - it may be limited by law in Texas but can range from 15 to 45%, who pays the expenses, etc.

Grounds for lawsuit?

Grounds for lawsuit?

Can you give us a few details as to why they told you surgery was indicated and what they did?

Marty,

I'm curious too, but if I was Lisa I wouldn't discuss her case on a public forum. As a matter of fact, if I was her I would go back and delete her pre-surgery posts from this site. Just my 2 cents.
