Need help...........

My famous battle cry. I heard through the grapevine that there was a documentary on the Discovery Health Channel (which we don't have) that featured Katie's surgeon Dr. Bove performing a mitral valve replacement on a kid with one ventricle. Did anyone happen to see this? Does anyone know the name of the documentary? I think that if I could watch this, it might help to appease the onslaught of the "heebie jeebies" that I am currently battling. He wasn't performing the fontan and valve replacement that we will be undergoing, but I still think it would help some. If I knew the name of the documentary, I might be able to contact the station and see if it will air again or if I can get a copy. THanks so much. Janet

Dr. B has been "out of the office" this week - that, or he is evading my birage of interrogative e-mails - and I struck out on the Discovery site. My quest continues.................sigh! Mary, I guess if you wanted to, you could try e-mailing him if you have the time...........not that I don't think that he is really out of the office. PM me if you need the addy. I would think that someone on his office staff could tell you if / how to obtain a copy of his surgical video. Just give them a call on the telephone and take it from there.
