Need a little help ................

Spouse needed an angiogram. Warfarin was discontinued for 5 days and the procedure was on day 6 last Monday. We were advised to resume pre-procedure dose of 6 mgs per day. His INR range is 2-3.
Following 3 days he tested at 1.4.
I realize this might be a day too soon; however, 1.4 is almost normal.
So what to do?

I'd give it two or three more days before saying to change anything. Any Lovenox bridging involved?

No, no bridging just the 5-day hold. We are lucky his cardiac arteries didn't need a second stent.
Two or three more days seem a long wait. I'm anxious, of course.
