my weird case

6 month post valve repair im always lightheaded and get dizzy spells once or twice a week . I have exercise intolerance ..(my heart rate jumps like crazy.) A 100 pvc a day ..(2 couplets) I dont take any medication and I noticed my blood pressure is between 10 and 11 / 75 .(it used to be 12/8 before operation.) I had 4 echos and 2 holters done by 2 cardio considered best in my country and they say every thing is normal ..I had aa mri done to my brain and it was clean an eeg also had my eyes and ears checked and they are not the reason so what is causing this? Im dsperate and always thinking ill die soon has anyone evr heard of such a case?

Should I do a tilt table test as someone suggested to me as it may be a blood pressure problem?

I had a problem with pvcs after my avr. They were so bad that they would cause symptoms like you describe. My cardio put me on a 48 hour holter and said there was nothing to worry about. By a year after surgery, they were so mild and infrequent that they were no longer a problem. I still get them occasionally, but no longer bad enough to cause symptoms and I don't even know they are happening unless I pay attention, like checking my blood pressure. Are you saying your blood pressure is between 100 and 110 over 75? That is really good, I wouldn't worry about that. I think you probably just need to give your recovery more time and keep eating right and practicing mild to moderate exercise, like walking daily.
