Back to this time last year, I developed CHF and was scared. Now, yesterday, cardio doc said that I have it no longer. That means the replacement did its job, as far as CHF is concerned. I am so happy. Just had to share the good news. It cam happen when a person has valve replacement. Now I try to get my walking in everyday, depending on the weather and soon I will get a treadmill. Thanks for being there everyone and I will still come here. I still have a lot to go through yet. Keep smiling now.

Whoa!! That's great news!!! Thank you for sharing it...we all need to hear the 'upbeat' side when it happens!!!! Keep walking..I do that too, even tho somedays I consider cheating, then end up feeling guilty(lol) ...so I walk on my glider at least 20 minutes..then I feel better...

Keep taking good care of yourself...it's paying of!

Just be sure the treadmill doesn't fling you through a wall. :D

Keep up the good work. ;)
